Louie Louie - The Kingsmen It's My Party - Lesley Gore Two Faces Have I - Lou Christie My Boyfriend's Back - The Angels (Love Is Like A) Heat Wave - Martha and the Vandellas Walk Like A Man - Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons Ruby Baby - Dion Up On The Roof - The Drifters Candy Girl - Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons Judy's Turn To Cry - Lesley Gore Blue On Blue - Bobby Vinton You Can't Sit Down - The Dovells Be My Baby - The Ronettes He's So Fine - The Chiffons I Will Follow Him - Little Peggy March
Even though I know the song came out in 1968, I can't help but think they'll use Abraham, Martin and John by Dion as the finale song. Something about it's lyrics (especially the ones about JFK) seem to point to the ending somehow being tied in to what happened that day.

How about "The Wanderer" by Dion? (I planned to use it as the opening song in my own story about a pool player in the 60's before I found out CC was already doing one. )

The sound track was odd and didn't match the time especially a pool hall. At least I didn't care for it.

I sent a message to ML, wondering if alot of the music was his original stuff:
It depends on which piece. A number of them were mine. I know there was an old piece of mine that featured the vibes that was used; Plus, the scene when the central character gets beat up by the two guys who find on $3 in his shoe. And the scene in which he leaves his wannabe daughter in the hotel room.. I don't remember if there was any stock music in that episode. If so, it would have been one piece. Everything else was either licensed (Coltrane, Booker T, etc.) or mine.
Hope that helps.
cheers, Michael
