www.kyw1060.com/pages/4062749.php?contentType=4&contentId=3707254The popular CBS crime series 'Cold Case' is set in Philly, but normally calls a Los Angeles soundstage home. Not this weekend. The stars and crew are filming parts of the sixth-season finale right in town. In TV time, it's the middle of May for Detective Lilly Rush. That means no warm coat to shield actress Kathryn Morris (right) from the March chill as she and co-stars shoot scenes in Old City, and outside Hahnemann Hospital: "You never know who in real life is actually getting off the subway. And when you're having this really important moment with the boss on the show and they just slam right into you -- and they're like, oh, I guess I'm on a TV show." She says Rush puts work ahead of her personal life to close cases that have gone unsolved for years. "There's something about this city that's so unique and special and also so unique to my character -- she's a big fish in a small pond." Executive producer Greg Plageman says it's a treat to bring the show from its West Coast soundstage to its Philly home. "Obviously, the historical architecture is something we can't mimic in Los Angeles." The two-part season finale airs May 10th. No spoilers here, just a killer tease from the star: "I think people will be pretty shocked at how both episodes play out -- there's going to be a bit of a mind trip." (Photos: KYW's Ian Bush)

Thanks Li2! I wonder, what were the daytime temps in Philly over the weekend? Was it cold enough to see your breath?
