There's been quite a few crossovers of actors from "Lost" on the show over the years. The most obvious, of course, is Tania Raymonde (Alex) as Frankie, but there are more:

-Maggie Grace (Shannon) was in "Volunteers".

-L. Scott Caldwell (Rose) was in "Sandhogs".

-Sam Anderson (Bernard) was in "Joseph".

-M.C. Gainey (Tom/"Mr. Friendly") was in "Glory Days".

-Brett Cullen (Goodwin) was in "Gleen".

-Nestor Carbonel is the seemingly immortal Richard Alpert, but before that, he was Scotty's brother.

-Robin Weigert played Juliet's sister in a few episodes as Juliet's sister, but CC fans know her as Scotty' old friend Anna Mayes.

-Fredric Lehne (the Marshall who escorted Kate) was in "The Hitchhiker"

-Julie Adams (Amelia, the older "Other" who was in Juliet's book club) was in "Static".

-Sean Whalen (Neil/"Frogurt") was in "Offender".

-Jeff Fahey (Frank) and Beth Broderick (Kate's mother) will both appear in the upcoming episode "Jackals".
