SamIam and I totally started this.  You take something like, Vera gets a cat, and turn it into a story. Okay, so, Lilly and Scotty get in a snowball fight, what happens first? Scotty pelts everyone that passes by regardless of who he hits
or,
Vera randomly drives a snow plow and buries both of them in snow. |

Then what happens?
Everyone just goes "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH, you RUINED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and throw a snowball at her face
or they grumble and moan and go back inside to solve the case
