Random being the main word!
What I mean is characters from single episodes. Non-recurring/main cast characters. I can't seem to explain it all that well!
I, for example, really liked the character of Joe (1997) in the episode 'Stand up and Holler' (S04E20)
Also the autistic boy, Brent Harris, in 'Saving Sammy' (S04E05)
(I've been watching alot of season 4 at the moment!)
Does anyone else have some random favourites?
I'll probably end up adding some more as I remember them!

I loved Cindy and Art as a couple in "A Perfect Day". I wish the episode could have shown more of them together.
Mike trying to save Lena all through "Cargo" was sad but great to watch.

Kiki, the poetic drug dealer from "Discretion" and Elmer, the delusional old guy from "World's End" who asked Kat if Vera was new are two that spring to mind. This is a fun thread! I'll give it some thought!

There are many random charakters that I find really interesting and most of them are played by very fitting actors. But if I had to choose five of 'em, I'd probably take:
Ellie (Revolution)
The three victims of "Badlands"
Alice (Factory girls)
Pete (Bad Reputation)
Carrie Swett (That woman)

several but 3 that come to my mind right now are
FRANCES, The victim in "Torn"
I can't remember the name but the main victim in SPIDERS
and my all time fav MAURICE from Shuffle Ball Change
