Now admittedly, it's hard to imagine him as anyone but Dr. Phlox on "Enterprise", but John Billingsly, aka Lilly's nemesis George was on last Monday's episode of "Prison Break" playing the VERY important character or Terrence Steadman, the Vice-President's brother.
Given the importance of this character, I think it's a safe bet we'll see him again soon. I'm still p!ssed as hell that "Enterprise" was cancelled just when it was getting good but at least John's got a great new TV gig.

I can't say I watch Prison Break, but I did see him in Crocodile Dundee III, playing your average American father. Funny thing is, I still found him creepy ;D

Wow George too? Prison break only started 3 weeks ago over here, so I didn't see it yet. But that guy who wrote letters to Lilly was also in Prison Break, can't remember his name right now... He played a freaky psychopath!! It was really cool to see him...

He's even got his own thread here. Check it out!

Here he is on prison break. I didn't watch the whole ep but it looks like he's hidden in most of the ep, then shows his face at the end. Looks like another creepy role for him

Looks like another creepy role for him It sure does. I've seen him in guest spots on "Angel", "The X-Files", "NYPD Blue", and he always played creepy characters. (Plus George from "Cold Case", of course) The only likeable character I've seen him as was Dr. Phlox, and even then, in the 2-part "Mirror Universe" episode, he was quite disturbing. I heard he played a goodguy in the movie "Out of Time" though.

I caught a few minutes of CSI one night as I was flipping channels and he was a character on there. It was a weird character too but I wasn't interested cause I have to like the show to get interested. Guess that might not make sense but that's why I watch a show.

I'm sad to report that it looks like John won't be coming back to "Prison Break", being too busy with his new show, "The Nine". The role will be recast. Very disappointing.
Interestingly though, the actor replacing him in the role, Jeff Perry, has a connection to "Cold Case" as well. He played the present-day version of Eric in the episode "Superstar".

Yeah, as I mentioned above, most of his roles have been creepy. Hopefully his role on "The Nine" will change that.
Back to the recast, I normally hate when shows do this. I think it insults the audience's intelligence to have actors interacting with a completely different person and say it's the same one (i.e. Mark Greene's daughter on "ER"). However Terrence Steadman only appeared a couple of times and was in the shadows, and I've seen from photos that Jeff Perry does resemble John a bit so it should be too bad. (Though whether or not he sounds different is another story...)

Yeah, as I mentioned above, most of his roles have been creepy. Hopefully his role on "The Nine" will change that. Yeah I think one reason he seems so creepy is because of the way he talks or something...he like talks really weird and like out of the side of his mouth...I don't know about you guys, but THAT creeps me out! (lol)

I managed to a sneak a look at the pilot screener for "The Nine" (it can be found online and downloaded for those that have the software).
I can say that John's role is nothing like George (or Dr. Phlox or Terrence Steadman for that matter). He plays a shy, somewhat nerdy fellow with the unfortunate name of Egan Foote. I'm still sorry he's not on "Prison Break" anymore (or "Enterprise" if we're allowing wishful thinking) but it's a great role.
Egan is in the bank trying to get a loan to by a boat. Egan's very unhappy with his life and actually has a gun he plans to kill himself with. When the bank standoff occurs, he commits some sort of brave act and after the standoff, everyone is calling him a hero. Basking in the admiration he recieves gives Egan a new lease on life and makes him a much happier and confident person.
(What exactly happened during the standoff will presumably be revealed in later episodes).
Interesting sidenote: the actress who plays Egan's wife is John's real-life wife.

Prison Break is a show on Fox that premiered last season. John joined the cast during the season, but now he's off the show because he got a new show called "The Nine" on ABC. I hope that clarifies Naj.

Thanks TVFan. I guess it shows that I only watch Cold Case and the History Channel. Prison Break is a show on Fox that premiered last season. John joined the cast during the season, but now he's off the show because he got a new show called "The Nine" on ABC. I hope that clarifies Naj.
