You should put "Argentina" in the "Location" section of your profile so it appears on the left with your other details. <---- Mine says "Location: UK" Thank you for this movie. The interview was aired on July 20 of 2008. I hope you like it, specially the part when she talks about her tatoo. Love you all! I finally got to watch this and I LOVED it!! Thank you so much ana, RichE, and irishkale! The interviewer was a lot of fun and he really brought out a fun side to Kathryn. She seemed very relaxed and she shared some tidbits that I hadn't heard before (namely the tattoo story). LOVED the bit in the beginning as well. It just reaffirmed my belief that she would be awesome on Saturday Night Live. Great interview. Too bad the US doesn't do pieces such as this one. Oh, and I would remiss if I didn't mention how stunning she looked in this video. LOVED the dress, hair, make-up. etc. GORGEOUS!! |

The story behind her tattoo was awesome & makes KM 1000x cooler in my book.
Thank goodness for the great international media who seem to embrace KM much more so than our own "Scandal of the Week" US entertainment shows.

Thank goodness for the great international media who seem to embrace KM much more so than our own "Scandal of the Week" US entertainment shows. Excellent point, irishkale. I think our country is just too obsessed with celebrity rather than performer. As such, our media tends to focus on scandal, sensationalism, and everything in between. Those who don't fall into that category, are perceived as boring. Thus, they get little coverage and the coverage they do get is seriously lacking in any quality because the interviewer isn't sure what to ask when a scandal of some sort isn't involved. Case in point: Kathryn got oodles of coverage toward the end of last summer (especially on the net). Why? Not for her scene-stealing, awe-inspiring performance in Resurrecting the Champ. Nope. Rather, for her marginally controversial remarks about her character and the direction of the show, which as many internet sites claimed, led to another highly covered event -- her pay raise. Did she get the same coverage for her charity work with Toys for Tots around Christmas? Or her recent pilot pick-up for her production company's first series? Nope. This is why international interviews such as this and those that we've seen from Japan, Australia and many other countries (thanks to our fabulous international members  are a serious breath of fresh air. |

I was looking for this one on youtube yesterday and stumbled upon one of her on the Bonnie Hunt Show (actually someone called smallbarbie posted it, you?) that was really cute.
