Stillman goes on to say that the car was seen leaving the scene of a restaurant parking lot the night Brenda disappeared.
Vera reads over saying the car was a gold Honda reported stolen in Grey’s ferry just two nights prior to the abduction. However Lilly responds by saying the night that their victim went missing a guy turning on her lights to her Volvo before calling the plates into the restaurant. Stillman said this case is a presumed Homicide because nobody had turned up the body, while the camera is focused on a picture of Brenda. Scotty then says a ribbon bouquet was found at the scene covered in blood but no matches to their victim until Stillman answered that by saying they were able to extract a DNA sample from the man back in W.VA from a cigarette. The blood is his, but Cod is couldn’t identify the man’s DNA no matches anywhere in the system; thus the man goes by John Smith.
