KATHRYN MORRIS - The “Cold Case” star was very cordial and graciously signed autographs. I asked her what she loves about her show. The actress said she appreciates the 5 years they have been on the air, the cast and crew and the team they have become. Regarding Wesley Snipes’ tax troubles and jail sentence, she said one should make sure to pay the tax man.


I would assume that there are photos to accompany this encounter, but I can't seem to find them.

Hey, girl! Thanks so much for posting this as well! It sounds like our girl KM is hitting the town a little bit after the hard end to her season.

I'm so glad that she remains so graceful (and I'm certain that she retains her great beauty as well) and kind to her fans - still signing autographs and talking cordially to them. It truly sounds like she would be a great joy to meet, she sounds like a truly nice girl.

I'm so happy that I got the great pleasure of making her smile with my letter to her. KM is a rocking girl!

Apparently, there's video of her from this appearance HERE, but my computer won't load it. So, I have no idea what's on it, where she is in the 19-minute piece, or how long her section is.

I was able to see it, Basically she says what was in the article but more about the upcoming election. The clip kept getting cut off but I think this was filming earlier this year since KM says they are fliming new episodes, and right now this sunday is the finale it had to be sometime right after the strike ended I think.


Perhaps someone can gets us the clip with a set of screencaps.

Kathryn looks great as always, she also stated she wasn't a Republican expressed hope that the best person will win, ( women's rights etc..)

I'm pretty sure it's not the same as that one. In this new one the clothing is more formal and the hair quite different, and there is no sign of David.

This new one is almost certainly from just a few days ago. The reference to "cranking out" new episodes is confusing but I would imagine that it was just about the fact that there are new episodes to air.

Interesting find, TVFan - I guess we can safely say Kathryn is a Mr. Chow's fan!

I'd tend to agree that although this is dated this week, it may actually be older (though not KF's reference) given, IMHO, it looks as though KM had come from filming (which CC is no longer doing). Her hair/make-up look CC-esque (and I probably only can tell that because when I saw her at the Champ screening, which was an "after work" type thing, she had a similar look going on - albeit with the hair up). Could totally be wrong, but it is my gut feeling. And some of these sites take footage and post-date them from when they actually capture the star, so ... just my guess it's recent, but not this-week-recent.

Although I tend to be rather anti-paparazzi, I'm impressed this clip is on the friendlier side (or could it just be that KM is, well, just always so gosh darn nice? ). It gives you a chance to see her just being regular, but she still has the graciousness to take time to sign photos, answer questions, make small talk, and then politely say 'Good Night' (as in, 'kay, I'm done, now - LOL!). A class act all the way around.

(And to the paparazzi's credit, the guy was pretty respectful and kind as well - which seems even more of a rarity. LOL!)

I can't say enough good things about Kathryn in this clip. What a true class act. She took time to sign every photo, she was super nice, very polite, and an all-around sport. You could easily tell that this wasn't her "scene" (it looked like some sort of business dinner or something) and she was a little uncomfortable with all of the attention, but that's what makes her so darn endearing. She once again came across as genuine and sweet. Not your typical attention-seeking papparazzi encounter.

It wasn't the dredging that was the problem, it was the download performance. It was soooo slow, being near the beginning meant I didn't need to wait for too long. Not that waiting would have not been worth it of course It was getting very late though.

But they asked her about Wesley Snipes, and his sentencing was this week. So I'm not really sure what to make of the "new episodes" remarks. Kinda weird.

Good point, yankee1151. I think she just meant it in a "putting the final touches on them" way. Plus, she might have just agreed as not to correct the person who said it. I don't think it was meant literally.

Having re-listened a few times I think KM was likely talking about the last couple of episodes to air. The "June" comment by the guy, which seemed odd, was after that and was ignored. I'd imagine that KM hardly want to engage in real conversation.

To add to this:

I do wonder if KM might have been refering to the production team working on episodes for S6. The writing must be well underway for that and they would want to start pre-production a while before shooting starts. And film normally starts in July right?

Plus, I think you can make out David carrying some boxes in the background about 2/3 of the way through, and in the driver's seat of the Range Rover at the very end.
