Craig Ross, Jr.; loved his direction in this. He managed to sell both sides of Lilly.

Dang! A bit of a tough one. I'm going with Paris Barclay for "Honor". She does have a slight advantage over the others in that "Honor" is among my favorite episodes in Season Three. But there are *many* things about that episode that really sticks in my mind: The jungle-themed living room in the opening scenes. The "voyeur"-like quality of the camera work in several scenes. Great moments with young Ned. Great interrogation scene between Stillman and Ken. Ken *wasn't* made into a goofball caricature (like my complaint about several characters in 4.02 "The War at Home"). Scene between Ken and Scotty outside of the museum that still has me scratching my head on how it was filmed. Smooth introduction of Kat into the series. Timing of visuals/lyrics in both opening and closing montage ("Rocket Man" and "If You Could Read My Mind"). The "flying" sensation of the closing montage. Very effective use of symbolisms throughout. (Such as Ken descending the elevator.) Overall, the director Paris Barclay simply "got it" about the story, and translated it to the episode very well.
