Only 3 episodes really didn't measure up for me and that was mainly because of "Josie chippy" Sutton. They are:
1. Family [also because of the lack of George aftermath].

Committed was a good case but it was so "Josie chippy" heavy that it was too much for something that could have been handled with a one liner between Stillman and the detectives for her leaving. All these cases seemed to be dodging Lilly.

i am very lenient, so i like almost every episode but i found 2 from this season that i don't think lived up to expectations:

Wow! Its a bit strange to see the titles of some of my favorite episodes being nominated for this category!!  I've been able to see most of these episodes, with the exeption of "Family" and "Honor". I wish I didn't need to nominate any episode for this category  , but I think it has to be "Death Penalty" for how the story strayed so far from how the issue is dealt with in the real world.  |

Me too boxman.  I think the varying episodes speaks to CC's wide appeal, though. It has such a diverse audience that one person's fave is another's least fave. It' all very interesting. It will be even more interesting when we get to the final week and everyone nominates their fave episodes. I'm sure we'll see some eps from here on that list as well. ;D |
