FArk it, they were all so good. Can't make up my mind. If I HAD to choose, I'd say John Finn in Joseph. The yelling part--so good. Of course part of it was camerawork, making Lilly look small and pitiful, like a punished little girl, but his yelling had a lot of effect.

I went for Kathryn in Saving Patrick Bubley because she had a good present time performance and totally sold the younger detective Lilly.

Kathryn in Beautiful Little Fool; she carried off the awkward daughter part so well. And the drunk dial was well acted!
