A similar case happened here in Britain. On 5th October 1975 in Rochdale, England an 11 year old girl called Lesley Molseed was going to a shop to buy bread, she never returned and her body was found 3 days later. She was sexually assaulted and stabbed 12 times. A loner who lived with his mother called Stefan Kiszko was later after claims by three girls that he had exposed himself to them. Stefan was found guilty and later sentenced to life imprisonment on 21st July 1976. However after several appeals his conviction was founded to be unsafe and released in February 1992. Sadly, however Stefan died before Christmas 1993 followed by his mother who campaigned for his release in May 1994. On 5th November 2006, 53 year old Ronald Castree was arrested after DNA was matched with his and he abducted and sexually assaulted a child during the time Stefan was on trail but never charged. Ronald Castree was later sentenced to life imprisonment by a majority of 10-2 ironically it was the same majority that found Stefan Kiszko wrongfully imprisoned! That's very interesting, markboy. I find it especially intriguing because it happened in another country. When we watch these stories on CC, it's easy to wave them off as just a work of fiction, but then you hear about these real-life similiar cases, and it brings it home. Thanks for sharing.
