I heard about this and taped it last night. There was a segment on primetime hiring soap stars. They showed some quick clips of CC and a picture of the one who's name we shall not say with her 3rd Emmy. They were talking to the editor of Soap Opera Digest about. They also mentioned Eva La Rue going to CSI Miami.

I think it's a little odd how they're transferring soap stars to procedurals. But they're actresses, so they can be anyone, do anything. It'll be fun to see what they bring to the shows. BTW: love the banner on this forum! SJB has a great smile.

I love that smile, too! Thanks for the update, Vic. As for soap stars... Meg Ryan, Morgan Freeman, Brad Pitt, and Anne Heche are just a few that are now big stars in Hollywood. Like everyone else, they have to get their big break, too I always knew the one who's name we shall not say would go places. 5 awards in 5 years is unheard of for someone who hadn't even turned 30. I can't wait to see how she hits it off with the cast of Cold Case. I'm just hoping they don't have her shake things up too much!

I wonder if this happens every year with this influx or if this was a big idea to do it in groups like this. Interesting. The only soap I follow is The Young and the Restless. ~Naj
