Awww man.......i want the DVDS or at least being able to buy episodes of Cold Case online....even if they have to split the profits with the artists.....it would probably still do good right? On average 14 million viewers watch Cold Case...that just includes people with those "special" boxes.....but you also have to count other viewers without the "special" boxes and internationally......I think it has more than 14 million viewers and many of them would like to buy dvds or itunes episodes for this show....I personally hate finding some other way...........

Yes CC needs to get on DVD sometime in the future. There's alot of viewers such as myself who don't have DVRs or Tivo's, and when we miss an episode then we're pretty much S.O.L
I'd love to see the first and second seasons of Cold Case, but alas I'm not going to pay cable or satellite $30-$50 per month just so I can get TNT to watch the earlier seasons.
I can see them doing one of three things.
1. They never release the series on DVD until years after it's canceled.
2. They start releasing the series on DVD and charge something like $60-$80 per season.
3. They go back for each episode, delete all the songs and replace them with "time-era" songs done by extremely underground artists. Of course the episodes lose that special touch, but at least the DVDs will be cheap(er). I know this was done for the show Daria which was plagued by the same thing.

I get ya there too, cause I STILL have yet to see the very 1st ep ever! ("Look Again"). And whenever I saw where it came on ONE time on TNT, I was like ONE DAY late of seeing it!! I'll probably see it sometime though! And I'd like to rewatch the eps I have seen too, of course, b/c they ALL rock, and some of the things they say about evidence or stuff like that makes more sense after I hear it over and over again

I would definitely pay a more expensive price for DVDs so that the original music would be kept in tact. Even if they don't release until the series ends ... like some sort of box set compilation ... I would buy.

Hopefully CC will NEVER end though ;D lol I REALLY like the music in it, but if they had to take just SOME of the songs out, not all of them, but the ones that are expensive for their rights, they should just take those out and keep the cheaper ones in...

Idk why they just don't release the Cold Case dvds....i mean....i think those Felicity dvds also cost like 100 bucks because of the music...people still buy them =).

Yeah, coldboneslove459. I think that if and when Cold Case is finally released, people will be buying it whatever the price 'cause they've been waiting so long!!

Hopefully CC will NEVER end though ;D lol I just had the weirdest mental picture of CC coming back for its 35th season, & there's KM etc, aged 80-something, using walking frames to get from the bullpen to the interview room. ;D And after 35 years, the show STILL isn't out on DVD. Seriously though, I'd be one of those very willing & able to pay $whatever for my CC DVDs. I live in hope...

Hopefully MORE articles about CC's HOTT music will come out and start to promote our DVDs SOMEHOW!! ;D U gotta dream!
