hi every one!i HAVE a little question for u guys who r patrick (and in wich ep do we see him?)and the MC man a lilly's ex loverS? and what happened between lilly and THEM cause i havent seens all the episodes THANX!!

We never saw Patrick , he was Lilly finace . Ray (MC MAN) was her love at 19 which she took off which him for two weeks (8 yrs) What happened was nine yrs ago lilly was engaged to patrick on night on duty , he lands up with christina (lilly's sister) which caused a rift btwn the sisters ... Christina tells scotty this info in " wishing" she also mentions patrick in " revolution".

Does anyone know when MC Man shows up again, or when Lily mentions him. Is it just dog day afternoon?
[edit] and also how long is kite around for and why do they break up? I've managed to miss so many cold case episodes because the australian powers-that-be keep changing the time and night etc. [/edit]

For those who have not seen every CC episode aired, the following will be spoilerish, so proceed with caution....  jambled - MC Man doesn't make a reappearance. There's a brief mention about him in "Beautiful Little Fool," but nothing further. As far as Kite goes, he's only in S1 and the first episode of S2. He breaks up with Lilly in the S1 finale because she chooses her work over him. In the S2 premiere, they meet briefly in the lobby of PPD and have an awkward exchange. That's the last time that we saw Kite. I hope that helps.

Def did help! I wanted to know as background for a fanfic. So thanks TVFan- much appreciated. And thanks Athame for knowing where we're up to! Nice to see another Aussie on the board Totally annoyed that MC Man doesn't make another appearance *sigh*. Spunkrat much? Also... Since everyone here seems to be a wonderful, untapped well of knowledge... Which episode is it that Lilly calls Kite? I've seen a snippet of it in someone's fanvid (great fanvid btw, wish I knew who'd made it so I could pimp it lol). It's gotta be S3 since it's After Kite, and the hair is long, but I want to know an exact so I can look out for it. She's in a parking lot, or somewhere kind of concrete, and she's got a drink in her hand. And she uses her phone to push her hair back which looks pretty cool. So frustrating, I want to know if this ep has aired on Aus tv (in which case I've missed it forever unless we win the DVD petition) or whether it's yet to come. So... Anyone know? Name of the ep? |

Yeah that happens in Beautiful Little Fool,-- Jambled...airing here monday 7th of August, aka next Monday at 8.35pm. As a fellow aussie, I've been wait for this ep since like I heard about the phone call to Kite, so what feels like forever, basically. I'm a HUGE Lilly/Kite shipper, so much so that the word HUGE is a HUGE understatement. And it's a double episode this week, LOVERS LANE will be playing directly after beautiful little fool. I'm so excited. KITE!!! Ahhh! i never got to see this ep when it originally aired, cos i only started watching Cold Case during the beginning of the 2nd season. And I AM ASHAMED to admit it. I need a good slap..'Gibbs style' of course....anyways, hope this helped.

I saw some of the Lily/Kite romance, but I only started getting back into cold case about three weeks ago (used to watch it back in the day lol) when I figured out they were doing double eps Mon nights! Is it this ep they go back to her place or have I missed that completely? Anyway, it should be great. Stoked! Do you have any idea if NBN is going to be showing Season 2 since LL is the end of Season 1... Hopefully they keep up the double eps, although the way that skating show's going, it might be moved to a late Monday night slot (I hope not, I love the CC double!). C ya. |

Yeah i love the double eps 2. I record them onto disks so i can watch them later, and physically tie my friends to the chair and make them watch anything with Kite in it. He's just so gorgeous. It's quite obsessive actually, cos i sit on a matress infront of the TV, in complete darkness, crispy M&M's spread over the blanket, remote in hand, diligently pausing out the ads. Man, i hate ads so much. Lol, i need a life.
I'm not sure if they'll be playing S2. I think they're just picking episodes at random cos we didn't hear anything about Lil's relationship with Kite in the last ep....No sorry, my bad, they are playing them by order. I just checked it out. But i'm still unsure if they'll continue playing the double eps after lovers lane. Usually at 9.35pm they play 'close to home' after the new eps of CC, i dunno wether that was a ratings dud or whatnot and NINE decided to drop it. But either way, the CC doubles are always welcome.
I buy the TV week, and they print things a week in advance, so if i can get on here Monday or Tuesday, I'll let you know if they are infact still playing doubles, and what ep is playing.
PS: They had an article on Beautiful Little Fool on the Must See page this week. Of Lilly sitting down with mommy dearest and her fiance. Just though you should know.

AWE, you have no idea what you've missed out on. I'm obsessed with everything Kite. And i hear on the great grape vine that his show 'pepper dennis' has been axed. Which i'm hoping it has, so he could possibly come back to CC. I think it'd be a good move for him, seeing as most of his previous shows have flopped. And i think he's had a role on the new series 'Bones'. Appearing in a few eps. It's premering tonight on channel 7!!! But i dont know when he's in it. It'll get back to you on it.
