I chose her outburst in "The Woods" because she finally let some pent up things go, but she also managed to keep it under control enough to beat George at his own game. Throughout the outburst, you never felt like Lilly didn't have the upper hand, and it never seemed out of character, which is a huge credit to Kathryn. My second choice is the "Saving Patrick Bubley" outburst because it was a rare look at a less-controlled and more loose-canon side to Lilly. It was one of her perfectly imperfect moments and I loved it!

For me it's "you lied to my FACE" -- that scene was intense.

She almost Burst into tears ,she was so jeolous and the real reason for being upset is b/c now she'll never have a chance with him , (I think it was b/c she had her heart set on him)

She almost Burst into tears ,she was so jeolous and the real reason for being upset is b/c now she'll never have a chance with him , (I think it was b/c she had her heart set on him) I don't think that was the reason for her outburst at all. She was devestated that Scotty had lied to her and chosen to ignore her advise to stay away from Christina. She knew that Christina would only end up hurting him and she was upset that Scotty hadn't talked to her at all about loosing Elisa when he had talked to Vera, Jeffries and Stillman and ultimately taken comfort in Christina; someone he barely knew. Lilly was also concerned that Christina may have told Scotty things about Lilly's past that she didn't want him to know and I think the 'dead girlfriend' outburst was an immediate panic reaction to that. I love Lilly's reaction to Christina revealing her and Scotty's relationship in the restaurant and her subsequent interogation of Brian in Revolution. I of course love all her outbursts in 'Saving Patrick Bubley' and in 'Fly Away' when she tells Scotty about her childhood.

Yup. Had to go with the "wishing"-one too. The look on her face when she realised what she had said about the dead girlfriend... A rare one!

I think scotty should have pulled lilly to the side and discussed this this issue . But on second thought they are both adults ,why would he need lilly's say in dating her sister

But on second thought they are both adults ,why would he need lilly's say in dating her sister I'm not sure she wanted him to ask her permission to date Christina. I agree, I think she would have at least expected that considering they were friends that he would talk to her and be open and honest with her about the situation instead of sneeking around behind her back and making her feel like a fool.

I think Lilly should have never let christina stay with her in the first place , ever if she's her sister she should have remember what happened nine years ago . , Scotty should have realized how this situtation was going to affect lilly. Both Christina and Scotty were both at fault , but christina should have know that it was come btwn lilly and scotty since they are partners

Although Christina felt something strong for scotty she should have put her sister's feelings first especially considering that Lilly was beginning to kind of forgive her for what she had done before. I can't believe Christina coulds be so inconsiderate and have the nerve to still ask for Lilly's help when the cops were after her.

I glad lilly didn't help her she doesn't deserve anything .
In the outburst in "Saving Patrick Bubley" I think Lilly doesn't like the mother b/c she on drugs and raising a child and doesn't care. I got the impression that lilly's mother was the type that didn't care about her kids. I think that's what sent Lilly through the wall

I can't believe Christina coulds be so inconsiderate and have the nerve to still ask for Lilly's help when the cops were after her. That's the essence of Christina: selfish. She never considered Lilly's or Scotty's feelings. All is about her. She realized Lilly was trying to forgive her, but she couldn't care less... From Lilly, she just wanted live under her roof and eat her food. From Scotty, well...she was not in love with him, not even close... When she was asking for Lilly's help, that proved she's a shameless person. Btw, her best outburst was in "The Woods".

For the record, I loved ALL those scenes. I love the imperfect Lilly. But I have to vote for Wishing because it was a really unexpected outburst (not for us--we were expecting it, but we wouldn't have expected it in season 1), very very very emotional and chaotic. My second fave would be Patrick Bubley. She was just so angry!! Then I love the scenes in The Woods and Revolution, but they felt a bit less out of control to me. I know I know--she cried in The Woods--but geez, wouldn't YOU cry under similar circumstances??? I felt she was quite brave in that episode, very Lilly-like.
