I know they has Stillman, Jefferies, vera and valens see the victims at the end but Lily mostly sees the victims. What is the signifiance of Lily seeing the victims at the end of every episode? I am a new viewer and its quite unique how whenever they solve a case, Lily sees the victims. Why lily?

It's usuually Lilly who sees the victim cos it's usually her that solves the case. I think she 'sees' them because it's kind of like she's imagining that the victim is happy that they killer has been brought to justice. It's kind of hard to explain but I definately see the reason why they do it each episode.

Bethanywood: I didn't get it either when I first started watching....in fact, I thought it was downright creepy! Haha, but I love that part now...

I'll echo what others have said and say that it's most likely because these are her cases. She seems to personalize them more than the others, so much so, that she allegedly keeps photos of the victims next to her bed. I think solving them brings her some peace and provides some justice for not only the families, but her as well.

I agree with Sonny and TV Fan; it's about closure. That explains why sometimes it's a relative of the victim who sees the victim in the end.
