I would imagine Lilly Rushs mom to be tall and thin. She probably had curly hair, like that girl from the rehab in the season closer where she met Joe. She probably used to like Rock and Roll music and was MAYBE even, once, kind of "hippie like" as was Suzanne Lucas in the episode where Warren Cousins was arrested. Big, huge eyes you could get lost in and a gentle touch.
After that......I guess she became a rummy.
