Dear James,
I’m sorry that I’ve been such a bi**h. I have read every letter you have sent to me over the past year. Some fancy hand writing you have there, James. Oh and I noticed that your style of writing changes on every letter. Life at the jail allows you more time to work with your writing styles. Maybe you could study handwriting analysis and become board certified like I did. It could land you a job in “Question Documents” with the Philly Police Department some day.
I’m sorry you had to take the wrap for your grandmother’s death. I know you didn’t want anything to happen to your old girlfriend, Sherry, over this. But we had to make all those involved take responsibility. Have you heard from her at Camp Cupcake lately?
That day at the tracks at Berks Station. I know you must have felt that I really cared for you. And I did and still do as a friend.
Yes, things have changed for me in the last year. I’m working on some personal issues with my sister and tying to face the demons of my past. I’m not sure if I have been effective. I’m angry about some things in my past and I need to find some closure. We all have skeleton’s in our closets, James. Some of us are better at going on, I guess.
About the calls to the station. You might have to curb the frequency. You know? Work, my boss. Actually I’m catching some flak from the other detectives over it.
I’ve got to go for now. Take care James.
Your friend,
Lilly

Excellent letter Naj! It sounded exactly like something Lilly would write. I wondered, too, what she had written at the end of "Kensington." And why had she been so reluctant to write back in the past?
