Im not sure why, but i think Lilly is a rock kinda girl. soft or punk though, not that heavy stuff. But i definitely cant see her listening to classical  or anything like that. *no offence to anyone who likes classical music* |

I think she's into soft rock, although I wouldn't rule out jazz as well.

Lilly seemed to be enjoying herself with Kite at the disco but I don't know if that would be her favorite listening pastime.
I'd think she'd like something with some meaning like Loreena McKennitt or even something Celtic.

I was torn between rock and jazz, but ultimately chose jazz. I see Lilly as pretty straight-laced and the by-the-book type. For some reason, I associate that with jazz. Plus, I could see her unwinding from a stressful day and listening to jazz.

*Burns in shame*. I had to choose the umm-uhhh thing. Couldn't make up my mind. I guess she'd probably be into soft rock, but I'm not completely sure. It's easier for me to imagine what she's NOT into. Like I definitely don't see her hearing classical, new-age or pop. It'd seem out of character to me. But she keeps surprising me with anti-Lilly outbreaks, so I wouldn't put it past her...  |

On the subject of music...on last nights' episode there was a song I have to know the name and artist. Not sure what the title is, but the chorus goes, "Ohhhhhhh...got you where I want you." I hadn't heard this song in ages and would love to DL it. Anyone know the answer?

I'm still trying to get my brain around putting soft rock & punk into the same category.... I'm going to guess that Lilly, like most of us, still gravitates towards what she liked as a teenager (with the anger turned down around 20% once you pass thirty ;D). I imagine her as a pretty angry teenager, so she was probably into quite heavy stuff at the time. I'd say she's into indie/alternative now. Definitely not pop radio. |
