I luckily had this one on my TiVo. KM does make a small appearance at the very end. They show some of the "Locks of Love" footage and reveal that Entertainment Tonight has made a donation to "Locks of Love" in honor of KM's 39th Birthday! They show KM opening a little card that announces the donation and she thanks Entertainment Tonight for the donation.
