From the Salt Lake Tribune: Here are the non-competition titles for Sundance '08: Premieres -- "Assassination of a High School President," directed by Brett Simon and written by Kevin Jakubowski, tells of a high-school journalist (Reece Thompson) teaming up with the popular girl (Mischa Barton) to uncover a plot involving stolen SAT tests. Bruce Willis, Michael Rapaport and Kathryn Morris co-star. Hopefully, Kathryn will attend again!! |

It took me a while of navigating the Sundance website but I finally found a list of films HERE in the press release section. AOAHSP is mentioned first (in alphabetical order) and is a world premiere. |

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she does attend. The film is scheduled to screen on three days: Wednesday, January 23 Thursday, January 24 Saturday, January 26 We'll have to keep our eyes open for coverage around those days. SOURCE: Official Sundance Site |

I checked the wireimage site for the premiere and dinner and didn't see any photos of her!

What part does KM even play? ? Never seen it...wanna see it... You need to check out the thread about the film in the KM Filmography discussion area HERE for all the details we have. So far we don't know much. KM is not credited with a character name on IMDb. 'School nurse' is the main description we have, as in THIS quote by TVFan. Sounds like an interesting portrayal though. It seems like KM doesn't have a large role in the film, and all the publicity is, not surprisingly, aimed at Mischa Barton and Bruce Willis, and some new young actors are getting a lot of "buzz" about them. So far the film has only premiered at the Sundance film festival. The projected release date, again according to IMDb, is August in the USA. |
