Thanks LII2, nice find. Looking sweet as usual. Let's hope there are lots more to come over the next few days at the festival. Looks like in the first 2 KM is trying on some jeans (she is bare foot). We need some inside shots... inside the change cubicle I mean  |

Kathryn, Kathryn  It's a Zune! And an orange one at that! (didn't think they existed.) I'd figured Kathryn as an iPod kinda girl. I think I'd have to go with the two after that, or TVFan's 1st. Or the 4th in LII2's 1st post. Or... oh what the hell, they're all good  And which so-and-so holds a film festival in cold weather? KM looks real cute all wrapped up warm but... |

The Sundance Film Festival is really famous here. It's held in Park City, Utah, and one of its biggest appeals is the fact that it's held in the snow and mountains (maybe so the stars can hit the ski slopes inbetween screenings??). I'm pretty sure (but don't quote me) that Robert Redford is very involved with organizing it every year. As far as the Zune goes, it's just part of the swag that the festival gives to its guests. According to Wikipedia, this is a huge part of the festival. Controversially so, the festival has also become the premiere showcase for sponsors and "swag giveaways". |

Oops, I quoted you As you can see in the Wiki article Robert Redford has been involved for sometime. His name and involvement made it what it is today. Hence "Sundance". The shift to a winter event makes sense to differentiate from all the other festivals, which I guess tend to happen in the summer so the social calender of the stars is clearer as well. It gives it a unique look and feel. I wasn't been exactly serious about the "what so-and-so" comment Most of the pics look like those "get the stars posing with our gear" things. It's what I love about KM, she's so unpretentious, she's willing to look goofy & cute where other stars are so stilted about their image!!! Bravo KM!
