I finally watched this DVD and was blown away by the ending. That showed that cute bastard to mess with our girl ;D
When they were underwater, shooting at each other, then coming up for air, only to raise their guns above water, waiting to see who would come up to be shot, was my fav scene!
And our Kathryn shot him right in the neck! Take that, sucka! That was a damn good ending.
And I'm glad LL and Kathryn lived! LOL! They were my favs in the movie, them and Christian Slater's a$$! LOL! I must say Christian and the killer were HOT! Val Kilmer not so much in this one, but can be in other roles.
I loved how she faced her fear with her sister's death and used it against the cute bastard in the end! Ha!
This movie had me enthralled from the opening scene, until the end. I truly didn't know who the killer was. I liked that I didn't find out until the end. And Kathryn was SOOOO cute in this movie. How old is she? She looks older on Cold Case, but much younger in this movie.
When the weaknesses of the profilers were revealed, I knew he-- the killer-- would say HE was her weakness. They did have great chemistry and wanted them to hook up in the end,. But noooo, the cute bastard ended up being the killer. Darn him!
So I give Kathryn an A for Mindhunters. And thus far on Cold Case an A++++++++++++
I'd add an extra + but she's yet to share a REAL scene with my the one who's name we shall not say. I mean seriously. What's UP with that?? GRRRR!

It's great to hear that you enjoyed the movie!!! I thought it was awesome too.... very suspensful and keeps you guessing until the end. I was shocked who the killer turned out to be. KM surely kicked butt in this movie. :smile82:
As for KM looking so young... I know the release date of this movie kept getting pushed back. The original release date was sometime in 2003 but because of layoffs and the Disney/Miramax split, the movie was never released--not until now. That's probably why KM looks a bit different... the movie was filmed years ago.

It is a great movie and Kathryn was amazing in it. I think it was filmed back in 2000. It amazes me how Kathryn can look so damn fabulous with any hair colour, cut and style!!!
