I gave in and bought one of those "For your consideration" EMMY ads for Cold Case off of Ebay (it's actually a really nice collectors item). Anyway, with the ad also came a one page write up on Kathryn from an unknown magazine (I'm trying to figure out which magazine it is, so if it sounds familar to you, please feel free to post). It's a full page picture of Kathryn. She looks really cute sitting on a couch holding a vintage camera. She's wearing a stripped sweater and tan pants. Here's the write-up:
HOT STAR: Kathryn Morris HOT GIG: Stars as homicide detective Lilly Rush in the lively CBS hit Cold Case. SUMMER FUN: She just can't stay away from the camera. "I love to shoot people everywhere - at airports, on the set," says Morris, who clicked with photography four years ago while filming The Contender (star Jeff Bridges and the movie's still photographer gave her tips). Now she is the proud owner of a rare, vintage Wide-LUX camera ("The lens moves like the human eye"). A favorite shot "I have a really good photo of James Gandolfini lying on a sofa." Her fiance is more camera shy. "He tries to hide, but once in a while I catch him," she says. "There are no rules in photography. It's all about happy accidents." DOWNTIME DOWNSIDE: "My camera is jammed at the moment."

Thanks for posting this TVFan. KM said in a recent article that she likes to keep her private life. Okay...well since she brought it up. Anyone care to speculate:

Too funny Naj! I'm going to take it at face value and assume she means that he won't let her take his picture, but she sneaks up on him and snaps the picture anyway. My sister used to do this to me all the time (coincidently, she is also a photo enthusiast - must be something about them ). It really is an interesting hobby. I have friends and family who are really into it and they take some incredible photos. Then there's me, who always forgets her camera and wishes she had remembered it!

I finally found that article from a google search--I think it's from "Emmy" Magazine. The person who got the tape originally probably gets the magazine also. Too bad they don't have the photo up online: www.emmys.org/emmymag/june04/downtime.php
