Kathryn's "Crazy Life"

According to my TiVo, the Wednesday, March 23 episode of "My Crazy Life" on E! is featuring Kathryn. The show airs at 10pm EST. I've never seen it, so I'm not familar with the format or content. Here's a link to the official show site. Just a heads up.

Me, either. I wonder if the E! we get around here is the same you get over there (are shows broadcast at the same time?). Tati... any ideas? I seem to have misplaced my cable guide .

I've never heard of this show either but then I've dropped some of my cable channels. I did look at the website and caught a flash of her name in the line up. You can see it if you glue your eyes to the screen.

I don't have E!. My cable company doesn't have it. Which is actually pretty good, because I'd watch it all day long if I had (my grandparents got E! and when I go to their house I don't want to leave anymore :lol:). I think the shows are the same, but maybe they're come here with some delay (just the time for them to put the subtitles).
Anyway, I hope you guys will tell me everything about this show.

Me bad! I only half watched it. It's just the actor talking about past things that they did or happened to them and then they have actors reinact the story being told. One story was about what happened to Kathryn's act on some entertainment boat? where she workeed and was told there were too many complaints about her beeing too risque (that wasn't the exact word used) and how that job was the only job she had which she worked a double shift at and she was walking along the road trying to get back to her place (after being fired) and a guy in a van tried to run her over. I guess she got her job back on that one. That was one story.

After the car almost hit her, she decided that she was ready to make her move to California. So, she boarded a Greyhound bus and headed west. On the bus, she encountered a redneck who was telling the whole bus his sob story about his truck being stolen (he drove a tracker trailer) and the retraining order he had on his wife. He then started hassling Kathryn by hitting on her and giving her a hard time. The bus stopped at a convenience store, and he bought some adult magazines.

Once they were back on the bus, Kathryn was trying to focus on her plays she was reading. The mean guy started shoving the magazine in her face and telling her all sorts of sexual things. The bus driver told the guy to leave Kathryn alone, but the guy didn't listen. He started shoving her and she started shoving him back until Kathryn finally stood up and started beating the guy with the magazine. The bus driver yelled again, and Kathryn sat back down. The guy yelled something racial at the African Amercian bus driver and she slammed on the breaks. The bus came to a dead stop, and the bus driver hauled the guy off the bus. She then took his suitcase out of the cargo hold, and drove off. The entire bus was amazed. The rest of the trip was uneventful and she made her way to San Francisco. She decided that if she could make it through that bus ride, then she could make through anything.



It was a funny story (although I'm sure traumatic at the time), and I just thought the image of small-framed Kathryn beating up this big truck driver was hysterical! :lol:

artificially sweet--you can download this from a link in this post or in the Media Index. You have GOT to see it. Kathryn is telling the story of a truly horrendous experience that happened years ago and she is SO funny. A perfect example of the adage "One day you'll laugh about this."

If you only know her from Cold Case, you are missing out. She is an incredible woman. (Me? Biased?)
