* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * I just read on imdb.com on the Cold Case boards that Vera's "lady friend" (Toni?) dies! These were the exact words of the person: "Too bad she's going to die two weeks from now, leaving Vera to adopt Andre." This was posted Sun, Jan 14 Now this info is probably somewhere on the board, but it seemed like it should be in the spoilers, of course, but I didn't see anything...so if someone knows something else please tell me! Otherwise, that's some shocking info!

There's been spoilers that Vera would get dumped, but I never saw anything about her dying and Vera adopting Andre. That'd be very interesting, although it would be very awkward for Vera considering (a) he has a very busy job (which I guess Andre is used to) and (b) he's never had a kid before.

I wouldn't trust imdb.com though. I could easily go there and post.
"hey guys shocking news! So Lilly Rush gets really depressed and takes a bunch of downers and nearly drowns"
Which of course isn't true.

Some sources are very reliable, and other's aren't. You just have to distinguish between those you'd want to believe and those you can trust to be true.

*sigh*. Seriously, I love the way your mind works lol.
Meanwhile, that sounds like someone's getting creative with no basis in actual fact however having discounted the rumour I would also like to point out Vera has already put his name down for adoption (didn't he fill out a form... a while back) so, despite all his remarks au contraire, he may actually want a child. probably not a fully grown one, however, but when times are tough...

lol, yeah I guess I was so shocked I didn't think that it may have not been true, but it does/did sound VERY suspicious, but it was just so surprising that I blocked out all of the "negative thoughts" !!!!!

Not when the person put a smilely face next to it, that person was just fooling around. Don't believe anything that they say sometimes, unless it's from a good source.
