Almost done, guys, this shuld be the episode before the finale!
It's a 1998 case. Jay Bratton, a 40 year-old man with an unoperable tumor in the back of his head.
Ellen Rush is in this episode too, and it looks like she's staying with Lilly.

Isn't this the season finale???! I mean there has always been 23 episodes in a season, maybe the writers are chancin' it up to 24 episodes...

This episode reminds me a little bit of "Death Penalty: Final Appeal" in that it's an issue episode. The issue in question here is euthanasia, which means "the good death" in Greek. It's also not an issue Lilly and Scotty are in agreement on.
To be clear, I'm not saying that the victim was euthanized, because I have no idea who killed him or why. But it's an issue that's part of the episode from the beginning.

Ep sounds REALLY interesting ... and more Ellen Rush - yea! I love she's recurring in successive episodes (especially at the end of the season).

Wow! Ellen Rush yet again, and at Lilly's place, should be some great interaction scenes coming. I never knew there was gonna be 24 episodes this season. That's cool.

Wow, good to know. However, I don't know how accurate the lists are. If I remember correctly, NCIS is doing better than Cold Case and Without a Trace in the ratings, yet it's in the Pretty Good Chance of Renewal list, instead of the Not Officially Renewed, but a Shoo-in list.

I know some people are concerned that we haven't heard officially about renewal by now, but that's because of network scheduling changes, not the show. CBS hasn't officially renewed anything for next season yet, not even CSI. Everything I've read says that Cold Case is sure to come back. The only Bruckheimer show in danger is Close to Home. No worries here!

I wonder what Madison Meyer looks like. She's not the same younger Lilly as last time right? I can't find a picture of her.
