So here's what we have so far: it's a 2003 case. A couple, Steve and Lisa Harding, found dead in the front seat of their car. They had two kid, a 14-year-old girl and a 13-year-old autistic boy.
Joseph is still around, apparently he's still working with special-needs minors and that's why he interacts with the main characters at the beginning.
A -very- emotional episode IMHO.

From tvguide.com
The parents of an autistic boy are gunned down in their car while on their way to get takeout. The 2003 case is reopened when Joseph informs Lilly that the boy, now in a state institution, blurts out a specific number whenever the parents are mentioned. It's soon learned the boy was in the car when the murders occurred, but he's unable to identify the killer. In a more personal matter, Ray tells Lilly he's leaving for California and wants her to come with him.

Interesting ... seems to suggest Ray still thinks Lil' will drop everything in her life to ride off into the sunset with him. Look forward to seeing how the episode goes. Thanks, LII.

I doubt Lilly would agree, she has her feet firmly planted here in Philly. Beside she wouldn't leave her " family" ( Stillman, Scotty , Vera, Jefferies and Kat). Ray still thinks that she is the same girl that he knew at 19, well guess what she isn't

Yeah, sounds like one ep not to miss. But isn't Brennan Elliott supposed to beack for 6 eps? I think i read that somewhere. Or maybe i'm mistaken. So maybe he dosen't leave cos Lilly don't wanna go. (great english there, i know. I must be hangin' round scotty too much.LOL.)

(great english there, i know. I must be hangin' round scotty too much.LOL.) You're right, artificiallysweet. Brennan Elliot did say he was scheduled to do 6 episodes. So, as I'm counting, I believe this ep will be his third one (already making appearances in 4x03 and 4x04). Kenneth Johnson (Joseph), on the other hand, mentioned over at his site they are waiting to see how everyone responds ... now, I don't know if that means for his storyline, or for the Joseph/Lilly/Ray storyline ... it's all kind of a mystery at this point (which would be classic CC - keep us guessing).
