I know it's great to get the titles so far in advance but the downside is we have to wait a bit for more info about the ep.  We're keeping our eyes peeled for any more info.  |

LILLY RE-OPENS A 2004 CASE INVOLVING A YOUNG GIRL WHO DIED IN A FRATERNITY HOUSE FIRE, ON "COLD CASE," SUNDAY, OCT. 2
"The Promise" -- Lilly discovers a photo of a young girl emailed from her cell phone just before she died in a fraternity house fire, ruled as "accidental," and decides to re-open the case, on COLD CASE, Sunday, Oct. 2 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Paris Barclay directed the episode that was written by Veena Sud.
The picture haunting Lilly is of Laurie, an overweight and reclusive college freshman being held down and forced to drink. On the night she died, Laurie attended a frat party where her best friend was pledging. The party was led by a fraternity leader who humiliated overweight female students to entertain members. Rush is able to identify one of the people in the photo and the team searches for the only person who might have witnessed Laurie's death.

I hope it's an oversight! Not gonna panic yet! LOL! The episode sounds interesting. Why was I thinking these Cold Case files were much older cases?? 2004 is pretty recent. |

luvthe one who's name we shall not saybrown: Sometimes the cases are really old (1930's!!), 2004 is the earliest case that we've had yet.
And, I wouldn't start panicking if I were you guys just yet (although, you saw me freak out when I thought KM was leaving the show). It could just be a typo or something....
I don't know, but I really don't think you guys have too much to worry about.

Well lamia posted on SBO that she has been reading sides on some website and knows she saw "Josie chippy" in episode 2 so that made me feel a little better.

It's possible she might not be in that particular episode cos she has a case or work to tie up in her old precinct or something. Scotty was never in the episode Sherry Darlin' which was about 3 episodes after his Cold Case debut.
