Ok, so I originally started the Poll of the Week during the summer when the boards were a little slow. I would like to continue to keep them up, however, the average number of voters is somewhere between 6 and 8. Since that's not a lot, I was thinking of having a Monthly Poll so more people would have the chance to vote and the results would be more accurate. I decided to leave this up to you guys, since you're the ones who vote. Let me know and please explain your choice.

I voted for a Poll of the Month, for the reasons CC Fan said above. I liked that idea.
I just thought, maybe we could have a poll for each episode. For example, for the season premiere, we could have a poll asking if you really thought Vera's investigation was sloppy. Maybe people who don't want to post on the episode's thread would vote on the polls.
Just a suggestion. Be honest if you think it's lousy.

I agree with the above. A monthly poll would be far better as we can't all get onto the site every week. At lest if it were monthly we should all be able to take a look.  |

I voted for monthly poll as well. I think it would ellicit more responses and give everybody a chance to vote (who wants to).  |

I think a monthly poll would be the best thing for the reasons stated above. Plus, it gives you time to come up with some neat questions.

I was gone all summer so I missed out on the polls  But either way is fine, I guess monthly votes will allow more people to cast their votes. |

I love polls but I do understand how tricky it can be to come with a new one each week so I voted for monthly polls, especially since, as CCFan said, only 6 to 8 people have been voting on the weekly polls. The monthly polls would allow more people to have a chance to answer.

Either way is fine with me. It might be better to have a Monthly for the reasons you gave CC; it'll give people a little more time to respond and really get into the question.

I went with yes please, although once a month is fine too. I always like having a new post to look forward to each week.
