Well, for me personally, I'd want it moved to another DAY. I watch so many shows on Sunday and right now, Cold Case conflicts with Charmed. I like the hour it is now, but I'd like it to be moved to Wednesday or something.

I like it right where it is now. I find it the perfect end to a weekend. When it premiered, I thought 8:00pm was too early for this type of show but I soon changed my mind. Can't count on CBS for too much, but I hope they leave Cold Case where it is.

I like it on Sundays but I think a different time would be good for the show, well at least for right now. Since it is football season, games tend to run a little long at times so what CBS could do is have a football roundup from 7 to 8, 60 Minutes from 8 to 9, and then Cold Case. I'm sure CBS could add a show from 10 to 11 to fill up the rest of the night. Plus, The Simpsons are on at 8 and since I live in Springfield I have to watch the goofball antics of my town. 25or6to4

9:00 pm would be great on Sundays but the problem with Sundays is it gets knocked off schedule with Football AND the schedule gets interruped an alot lot. I noticed that last year. When I am watching a series I want to see it every week. the 8 pm time slot gets bumped with Sunday special events. Okay so what I really think is that even tho I like Pro Football they should start the games earlier in the day so that when 7 pm comes up CBS is on schedule. I don't know why the NFL should have preferential treatment when they could simply begin with noon kickoffs! ~Naj

I voted for another day and hour. First another hour - I think the show could benefit creatively from a later timeslot. It seems to take a lot of slack for being too "edgy" for the "family hour." I read in an earlier article that some of Lilly's quips had to be edited b/c they were too rough for an 8 o'clock show.
Now regarding another night, I just think that the football problem and the special programs (Super Bowl, Grammys, etc) bump CC too much and make it hard to find. I think the show would do better on another night. Tuesdays are wide open (except at 10pm - don't put it up aganist L&O: SVU). Even Thurs at 8pm (I know I don't like 8pm, but maybe this could work) b/c it would lead into CSI and Without A Trace and make for a nice Bruckheimer block.
Even though CC was "the most watched new drama" last season, it never seemed to generate the type of buzz that other new, less watched shows did (SEE "The O.C." and "Joan of Arcadia"). I remember Meredith Stiehm mentioning this as well (I think it was the USA Today article in the Spoilers section). She put a good spin on it saying something about how it's a little easier when you fly under the radar. I can't help but think that if CC was on another night it might garner more buzz, but maybe not. I guess no one paid any attention to Without A Trace its first year either.

Plus, I think having it at 9 would at least take it out of the family hour. The NFL is going to get the preferential treatment because CBS paid a lot of money to broadcast the games. Whenever a network's contract is up with the NFL, all the networks compete to see who can win the broadcasting rights to the games. These networks make a lot of money off the NFL because of advertising and such. They make more off the NFL then probably what they make with their own shows. 25or6to4

I say another day and time. Another time because: Its just not really suited for family hour. Im usually exiled to a dark corner of the kitchen when Cold Case is on because its not something my little siblings should watch. *ok, so im exaggerating a little, but point taken, right? ;D* and different day because theres jjust too much other junk going on on sundays. football, awards shows, and other stuff that cold case takes a backseat too (for reasons that i have yet to understand) As long as they dont put it opposite Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, im good ;D ;D ;D
