OK, ok, ok. OK GREAT DAY TODAY! My first day at work today! YEHA!! And I come home, free my feet from the clutches of death aka, my shoes. And i find the latest TV WEEK sitting on my bed, courtesy of my momma. *thank you mum* and i flick thru to mondays' listings and guess what i see scheduled on at 9.35? THAT'S RIGHT! COLD CASE!! THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS!!!! JOSEPH IS PLAYING NEXT MONDAY NIGHT!!!!!!  RHIBEE.....YOU'RE AN ABSOLOUTE GODESS!!!!!! I am sooooo cranky. What the **** (insert word of your choice here) is wrong with those channel nine programmers??? Do they like using the season finales of Cold Case as doorstops or something? I know what Eddie can do with his tape of Joseph...after he airs it, of course.   I don't think we'll need those gags, bounds and the lubricant anymore Tillace. Maybe we should send Eddie a thank-you card instead. I feel (against my better judgement) like I could just about kiss Eddie right about now! |

Honestly, I think they must have looked at their calendar after you called & gone "hey, there's still six weeks of the ratings period left, we gotta show the idiots...er, the viewers...something besides Megan Gale & Bert Newton. I know! Cold Case!" And thank the gods they did.  Now, if only they'd follow up Joseph with summer-long repeats, I'll join Lee in a thankyou card (sorry Lee, can't quite bring myself to kiss Eddie, lol). : doing a happy dance :  |

woo hoo I was a little skeptical that they were actualy gonna air it..but there it was..plus an ad for Joseph.
I am totally amazed.
@ tillace they may have to put in repeats..how stupid would it look to go The cold case season finale..a couple of weeks after they already aired the supposed "cold case season finale".

Yeah, I think the kiss may have been a little overkill on my part.
I recon, Rhibee. Just hearing the adds saying 'cold case returns' freaked me a little. I was like, 'but they only just finished like 3 weeks ago!' But eh, it's all semantics. At least we get the rest of the new-er eps.
HEY EDDIE!!! IF YOUR LISTENING....HURRY UP AND BUY OUT THE RIGHTS FOR S4 ALREADY! You're killing us here!

hey guys,
i have been thinking exactly the same as you. stoked we get to see a season finale as season finale not wait months to finish one season and start another. you reckon they might show us the season 4 opener or repeats guess we wont know till next monday after cold case

true, we won't know. But i don't think they'll show anything for season 4 until february. It's so stupid, i know.

according to Tv week we are getting repeats:

The Letter
on an off note I was just reading that channel ten will be airing the new season of the O.C in November at the SAME TIME it airs in the U.S, just like it does with Jericho. Kinda makes you wonder why we have to wait so long for some shows when its obviously possible to air them here at the same time they do in the States.

Oooh we're getting the OC back soon. Yayness! I'm seriously addicted to that show! Ah. OC. I can put away my 3-season dvd collection and settle in to watch S4. Which, hopefully, won't be crap. Although I've heard bad things.
Hey Lee; I emailed you. So get excited. LOL.
And as to the IQ of plankton; I think you're being flattering. Maybe they have to pay more or something to get the show right then. *ducks* not that I'm condoning getting Cold Case forever years later, just saying... I'm not happy about Grey's Anatomy, either. We're still in S2 and they're running S3 over there now. And my flat mate hates that I've been onto the writer's blog so that when the preview ad came on about 'someone' being shot i was like ooh yeah, that was surprising. hee. Right. Rambling. Leaving now. Hey in a week we'll be on daylight savings (if you're in a place where DS happens). Won't that mean our clocks will be on the same time as the board one? Or will we be two hours out? I'm so bad with working this stuff out...

Our two week tv guide hasn't arrived yet. We usually get it sunday (slack mail dropper people) so won't know til then cos tvguide.com only gives a week in advance. and if I wasn't about to go make a chai latte I'd google for it. But the chai latte wins.

It's supposed to be Boy In A Box (Or Boy In THE Box, I'm not sure), but I just checked the channel nine website & they say they're showing Late Returns, which I think is the 19th episode (The Letter is the 13th). Better out of order than not at all, I guess.  |

Tv week says Late returns for the 30th October also. So I guess thats right. channel nine have a bit of a prob with order but if I remember correctly they were completely out of order the first time round so maybe they are reshowing them in that order. did that make any sense?
@ Jambled i can see how the chai latte would win out, but im more partial to the Mocha myself

My personal fave's the caramel fugde latte. God bless coffee. Hesitant to say, I'm quitting on the caffine. Been having numerous twitching occasions of late. Does anyone have any idea how difficult it is to write up a service card while twitching? Well, it is difficult, beyond belief. Anyways back on subject: Late returns aye? Lol. Uhm, Lee, I think I've missed something. Hee. I'm like what? Um. Anyway. I def had something to say in this thread. I like this thread. It's like the homing thread on the board (Which doesn't mean I feel like a pigeon) but, y'know, we're all Aussie so we have the same dialect. Or something. Really, I'm just filling in space until I figure out what I was going to say. I think I was going to look up Monday's ep but I'm slack and other people aren't. Go you guys.
Mocha is good. And I just bought some of those massive marshmallows as a treat and they go all gooey on the top and it's just a cup of chai/marshmallow-ey bliss. *sigh*.
I've been through the cycle of quitting caffeine and drinking it again and so on... If only caffeine kept me awake it would be helpful but I believe I'm impartial to stimulants. Or too damn relaxed. Either way, it never made me wired just more jumpy. I think my flatmates held a vote and stole my nescafe jar. I jump as it is whenever someone comes around a corner even if I hear them coming. Omg, what? Shut up Bec. I think today is my day of talking crap. Everyone's gotta have one, right?
