I completely agree TVFan, I loved that scene too and would like to see more of the 'old' Lilly who had many very funny one liners in season one.

Yes, I agree, that was a very good scene TVFan! It showed all the actors working together and almost like a family for a few minutes. :)Not something we saw a lot of season 2. I missed the one-liners from Lilly. She is one of the best with those and I do hope they are back in force for season 3.

I have to admit, I don't remember that scene. But I do remember enjoying the one-liners. Here's to hoping our sassy-mouthed Lil will be back this next season! Oh, and there's one more thing I would like to see, and--please :smile28: --no flying tomatoes ;D. I'd like to see Lil break down just once and cry in front of someone, just one chosen person among her "boys" (any one of them will do), and allow herself to be comforted for once. Afterwards she can go back to being her usual tough self. But I'd like to see just a sliver of vulnerability... just once...

We kind of get to see Lilly have moments when she's by herself but it would be good just once to see her let it all flood out with one of the boys. She could do with a damn hug after all that she's been through!!

I would like to see this as well, especially considering what she just went through all of last season and in the finale. I think that Stillman would be a good person for Lilly to open up to - he's somewhat of a father figure to her anyway. Since it seems that Lilly didn't really have a father growing up, I think it would make an interesting dynamic to have her turn to Stillman when the flood of what happened to her hits her. I'm not sure that I'd want her to break down in front of the whole crew, but privately to Stillman would work well. She can only maintain that tough exterior for so long. :smile41:

Yes, Stillman would be a good choice! Although I'd also thought of Jeffries... and probably seeing Vera trying to comfort her would be funny. He'd probably get all stuttery and clumsy and awkward. ;D

Here's something not as much about Cold Case. I'd like to see Kathryn hosting SNL. I think it's about time they got ahold of her. She'd be great. And a Cold Case parody with her would rock. I can see it now.

Back to the bit about Lilly breaking down, I could see that happening with either Stillman or Scotty. I can see Scotty being the one who would put his arms around her and be the most physically comforting. It would be nice to see someone being there for her so she's not always crying alone:(
I would be really disappointed if we didn't see some sort of fallout from 'The Woods'. It's always bugged me when a show starts the new season and doesn't acknowledge at all, or glosses over, dramatic scenes from the previous season or even episode.

I hope that doesn't happen either but the writers did well in the Badlands episode by including the scenes with Kite and Lilly which gave closure to their relationship, so I would imagine they would carry through the whole 'Woods' things through in the first episode at least.

Hm, I expect them to show some of the aftermath of "The Woods". They can't do like nothing happened. Though I wouldn't like it to become a big issue on the other hand. I don't appreciate how they stretched all this Scotty stuff in 2nd season and don't want to have something like that now with Lilly in 3rd. No. Even so I'm much more interested in digging deeper into Lilly's character than any of the others. I'm not so sure I want to see Lilly break down in front of someone though it could be interesting and a great character moment - but I fear it could become easily corny. And sorry, I can't see Scotty do it, comforting Lilly. To be honest: I don't want to see it. There are three things I mainly like about Cold Case: I would like to see that in the 3rd season as well. Or I should say: again - coz I think they lost it a bit.

Hmm... quite personally, I wouldn't like it. Though I might be able to make my peace with it if they give me a convincing reason for it. But as a general thing, I'd find it off-character. Real life KM couldn't be MORE different from Lilly... except in the sense they're both smart.

Kathryn sings in real life. How about Lilly sings? ~Naj I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday but I would agree with disasterfreak that it would be out of character, unless of course it was done in a humourous way [Lilly can be very witty at times] or sensitive way. I'd love to hear her singing voice! :smile20:

Here is what I would Like to See in Season 3 -Death of a controversial media personality. (i.e a Geraldo/Jerry Springer type talk show host.) or a Howard Stern type radio "Shock Jock." -I would give the years of this case 1984-1990 -More cases from the 1950's.
