Kid in "Close To Home" - Kyle Bream?

Good evening everyone,

Hey, this is the Byrdman getting in touch with you all tonight. I hope everyone is doing well, and that the week is starting off well for everyone too.

I just made an analysis when watching a commercial last night during the Cold Case rerun. It was the commercial for "Close To Home," a series starting on CBS in September. It looks cool, but I noticed a particular character in the commercial.

There was a kid who asks the main girl of the show if she can put his Daddy in jail, and she says "You bet I will" or something like that. Anyway, that kid was the boy who played Kyle Bream in the episode "Revenge" from this past season of Cold Case. Did anyone else notice this? I would swear it was him.

I'm just curious if anyone saw what I saw. Thanks, take care and have a great night, everyone!

Wow, excellent catch Byrdman! Yes, the actor is Cayden Boyd and he appeared as Kyle Beam in "Revenge" and as Sonny in the pilot to "Close to Home." I don't know if he will be recurring as currently he's only listed as appearing in the pilot. Also, it's interesting to note that "Close to Home" is another series that is executive produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.

Hey, girl! So good to hear from you, and thank you for your nice compliments about my memory. I would like to accept them graciously, but I must tell you the truth.

I have "Revenge", and I was watching it just the other day. I thought it was an especially sad tale, with everything that happened to that poor kid Kyle. Having this fresh memory in mind, it was easy to recognize him in the commercial.
