What did you think of the season premiere?

I said it was ok. I didn't love it but I didn't hate it either. I just think that for a season premiere, it could've been better.

I said it was ok. The actual episode was fine, but CBS screwed up royally. everything was soo messed up. they need to clean their act up. NOW.

Aside from the mass confusion over which episode it was going to be, I felt it was a great way to open the season. Of course, I felt some things could have been better. Lily and Kite could have had a little more tension. Scotty actually broke up with Elisa. I find myself having a little more respect for Kite now. The tension between Jeffries and Vera was excellent. I didn't know any of the songs from the episode, but I did manage to guess the killer this time. Della had the best lines in the episode. I teach in an urban school and I've seen that up close and personal. I had a hard time taking her husband seriously at first since he was one of Al Bundy's friends on Married with Children. No matter what, it is nice to have Cold Case back. Also, it was cool to actually see Lily in a flashback. However, her old partner could have shown up too. This marks the first episode where Jeffries gets to see the victims in the end. Lily sees the boy, but he sees the couple. Excellent!!

I said that I loved it. I'll go into more depth in the Badlands thread, but I really liked the team involvement, Lilly in flashback, story, etc...

I voted for I Loved It, but if there was an I Love It But Was A Bit Disappointed I would have gone for that. It wasn't as great as I hoped, but I loved it anyway.

I thought it was great. They squeezed a lot of story and many characters into this one hour and made it work nicely.
