I doubt we will hear about the tea again. I guess the writers left it up to our imagination to decide if the tea was laced with cyanide or not. I think it was. Allison thought Lilly was getting too close to finding out what was really going on back then and decided to get rid of her. I don't think we'll ever know for sure though.
