I know some aren't fans of Kite, so I won't play cheerleader, heh.
but I was wondering...what show was he supposed to be on? and did it ever make it to air?
if it doesn't, do you think the producers will bring him back or is his storyline over?
what do you all think?

Hi atrayuh2 Josh Hopkins was on the show, North Shore. As far as I can tell though, he only appeared in 4 episodes. At any rate the show was pulled by FOX before its full season order of 22 episodes was filmed. At this point there has been no formal decision regarding North Shore's future, however, the ratings and reviews left a lot to be desired so my guess is North Shore is through. I've felt all along that Kite will return to Cold Case but I have not seen him in the spoilers for the next few episodes. Maybe he will reappear towards the season finale. I hope he will anyway as I think he really added a lot to the episodes he was in. |

FYI ATRAYUH 2
One day while on the internet, I read that Josh Hopkins was slated to star in a new series called Global Frequency. Anyway, when I looked the show up - there was a story with an official statement from one of the show's producers announcing that the show will not be picked up by the network ( this announcement was made within the last couple of months.) Cold Case never officially wrote the character of Kite off the show- like they recently did when it was announced that the actress who played Scotty's girlfriend will be starring in a new show this spring.
I agree with Ryebeach- Kite added a new dimension to the show. Through Kite's character, and his relationship with Lilly- we were able to see more of Lilly's personality.

 thanks ryebeach & cherzee for the replies and the info. I really like this board....very friendly and informative. and from the episodes where I've seen Kite or his name's been referenced, it does seem to impact Lily in that moment.

To be honest, I don't miss him. There's something about him that is odd. But I guess if he came back it wouldn't be the end of the world. I think not having him on the show allows for other aspects of Lilly to come out. Time will tell if they write him back in, though.
