It's the one with the musical rendition of David Bowie's "heros" and it spotlights CBS shows. Kathryn is shownat least three times. I happened to catch it right after our local news last night. It must have been the extended version.
I wonder if the CBS site has the commercial online there.

I think I caught a shorter version of this ad recently Naj. There's also another one floating around that features Bonnie McKee's "Somebody" playing in the background over clips from CC. Lilly narrates it about finding justice for every victim (or something to this extent). I've only caught the latter one once, so I can't remember exactly what it contains. It's nice to see the network promoting CC recently.  |

These are hard to find. Has anyone seen these on the net? There's an old preview up here at: www.cbs.com/primetime/fall_preview_2003/If you click on the little "video preview" button on the "cold case" block, you'll get a video preview that has Lilly talking to you about catching criminals, etc. (on my computer, it starts playing the audio right away, but doesn't show any video. If it does this on your computer, hit the stop button and wait for it to load all the way.) I wonder if they took this commercial and mixed the Bonnie McKee song with it? |

I never saw that before, irishkale.
This new network commercial is from this season. The shots of Kathryn as Lilly are for Season 2 and they are poses and one of them it looks like she's swinging a chain. It's slowed down in that shot of her.

That looks different from the Bonnie McKee one too. I saw the Bonnie McKee one right after CBS's NFL coverage ended last Sun night. It might be something they air again this week after the coverage as well (which I believe starts around 1:30pm and ends around 3:30-4:00pm).

Yea, I remember the handcuffs too. I think they used it during the summer or early fall before the show aired. So it's those shots that are incorporated into the little video for CBS. ~Naj |
