I don't know about you guys, but for next season my biggest wish is to see more episodes from the 1940's and 1950's. They were the two least covered decades last season (1 ep), but, in my opinion, two of the most interesting.
By the way, does anyone know when the set date for the premiere is? I've heard both September 26 and October 3rd...

yeah, I want to see older cases too. The more they go back, the more fascinating it gets for me. I hope to see an case from the 20's or 10's. Being a fan of the 60's, I want to see more episodes from that decade too.
And I don't want many episodes from the 80's. I think we've had a lot of 80's cases this season.

I totally agree. But I'd love to see some from like the 20's or 30's. For the most part, most people seem to be alive in each case (witnesses, old detectives), but I think it'd be interesting if there was a case where maybe only one person is still alive, but very old and they don't remember everything.

Release date: At TV Tome, they have it as Sept. 26, but who knows if that is actually the date. Theres a small article on www.zap2it.com about cold case. It mentions that CBS is going to have a "Crimetime Saturday" wheel that will air repeats of Cold Case, Without A Trace, CSI and CSI:Miami every week. That sounds interesting.
