So Vera asked Valens about Elyssia (sp). and Valens says he's moved on. I was a bit confused.  I thought some of the articles about Season 2 said there was more of the two unless someone new comes into the picture. ~Naj |

I was confused too, but I'm betting that we haven't seen the last of Scotty/Elisa. I'm guessing they broke up in the finale when we saw Scotty leaving Elisa at the hospital/sister's apartment. I remember Meredith Steihm saying that they are going to explore that relationship this season. I guess it will be explored later.

Since I missed the second half of the episode, did they have any other discussions concerning Scotty dating after he and Vera had that conversation?
I know I have read where that actress who plays Elisa is going to be on more episodes so they must have plans for them.

peggyk - Not that I can remember. In the closing scenes, Vera was buying drinks for some young girls, but I didn't see Scotty there. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Personally, I don't think Scotty broke up with her. I think he's still with her in a sense but he was just saying that to Vera. You know how some guys are. And he was not in the last scene with Vera and the two girls.

I dont think they actually broke up either. I think maybe he's trying to keep everything hush hush, until she gets better maybe. I think that its more of a 'lets wait untill you get better' thing and see where it goes from there.

Looks like Scotty still thinks he's done with Elisa. I wonder how the change will happen since the writers say she is still involved in the show.

I was wondering the same thing Naj. Personally, I don't care either way if he has a relationship with her or not. As long as they don't focus on it.  |

I hope they don't devote any more time to this Elissa relationship. The conversation between Scotty and Stillman seemed forced and did not flow well. Just have Scotty move on but I'm sure we'll hear from Elissa again.

I think maybe they're just taking a break. Or Scotty's just taking a break. I've never been with someone with that kind of illness but I can only imagine how draining it can be on both parties. I'm sure we'll see more of her. I hope they don't focus on it but I don't think they're done for good. Just my thought.

Im gunna go with the 'he just needs a break' thing. i think that what melliemel said is probably true, he just cant take a lot more, and he cant forget to have a life either.

I'm glad Scotty went to visit Elissa. When you have such a complicated history with someone, it's hard just to walk away and I applaud Scotty for going to visit her. I think it was the right thing for him to do although undoubtedly, complications will arise.

I thought it was best for him to visit her as well. It would have made Scotty seem cold if he had gone to the hospital with Brandi, but not visited Elisa.

I noticed this as well, but I'm sure if he'll act on it. He'll feel the wrath of Lilly is he does, that's for sure!  They might make a cute couple, though. |

Honestly, I don't think Scotty and Christina will hook up. I think Scotty respects Lilly too much and will not want to get involved in this apparently touchy situation between siblings. They may turn out to be friends though.

I agree with you Ryebeach. Lilly got this panicked look on her face when Christina was talking with Scotty and later when they smiled at eachother... maybe Christina knows something that Lilly doesnt want out and about?
