There was Love My Way by Psychedelic Furs and maybe them on two other songs second and third? Space Age Love Song by Flock of Seaguls. It's early, I can't think.

Yeah, those two songs were used in the case. "Space Age Love Song" - A Flock of Seagulls "Sister Europe" - The Psychedelic Furs "Love Will Tear Us Apart" - The Joy Division (now why didn't I think of this song?) "Secrets" - The Cure "Love My Way" - The Psychedelic Furs "Save A Prayer" - Duran Duran ...hmm. Two bits of input from me regarding the music. (1) Judging from the info on Talie's Cold Case music site, hasn't Duran Duran's "Save A Prayer" already used in episode 2-17? That's not only this episode this season, too. In Wunderkind (5-06), they used Moby's "Natural Blues" even though they used it in episode 2-10 and Frankie Valli's "Walk Like A Man" in Boy Crazy (5-09) even though it was used in episode 2-19. Are they re-using these songs, or were we wrong in the songs the first time the season 2 episodes aired? (2) Someone working with this show must REALLY like The Cure, since six of the band's songs have been used in the past five seasons in five episodes: "Secrets" in this episode (5-10), "A Forest" in Offender (4-19), "Lullaby" in The Sleepover (2-06), "Just Like Heaven" and "Pictures of You" in Who's Your Daddy (2-05), and "Lovesong" (1-09).

I really don't mind them reusing a song once in a while as long as it's not to common and some time's passed since the first time it was used.
Sometimes a song might just fit a scene too perfectly not to use it.
