Song from 4/16 episode

There was a great song 23 minutes into the 4/16 episode that I'm trying to identify so I can burn it or buy it. It sounded like a Metallica ballad, but I'm not sure. I picked up the words "so hard" in the chorus, and just when the song started to get really interesting, the show got even more interesting.

Thanks to all and especially to anyone who can tell me who the band is and the name of the song.

There is a "Satellite" song by Dave Matthews Band played in the 23rd minute. But you say you caught 'so hard', so I guess that the song you look for is "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" - Crash Test Dummies. There must have been an advertisement break, so maybe it was 23rd minute.
