Hey, great choices, TVFan! I'd go with all your selections as well, and add these:

"Prison Sex" by Tool. It would make sense, but I'd still be very astonished if this was in the episode!

"Spoonman" or "Black Hole Sun" by Soundgarden would really set the time period (though may not fit with the storyline..).

"No Excuses" by Alice in Chains would be good, but they already used this in "Detention".

and finally, "Fade Into You" by Mazzy Star ... just because it's such a cool song---oh, but shoots! They already used this one too!

Why is nobody making the list of songs used in 'Death Penalty'? I cought "Come Undone" by Duran Duran ( I love them! Their next song on CC is like a sweet to me! ) and "Hallelujah" in the end.
