Hey everyone, only ever watched my first episode of Cold Case last night and i wanna know 1 or two songs from the episode.
I don't know the name of the episode, but basically, it's about a young boy who sees his "Mum" die in front of him when hes young.
It turns out it wasn't his real mum as he was kidnapped by her when he was a baby, and the episode involves finding out that his real parents are alive, obviously they find the guy who killed the woman who kidnapped him, and right at the end he meets his real parents when hes going to court for stealing a car.
I thought it was a really good show after seeing that episode, but as i said above, i don't know the name of it, or if it was a repeat, new episode etc.
I wanna know the songs from that episode if anyone can help, but more so wanna know the song that plays when he meets his real parents. It could actually be two songs combined into one, i dunno, but if anyone could help me out that would be great.
Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the board armand66. :welcome:
The name of this episode is Maternal Instincts. It was from Season 1.
Here's a list of the songs from that episode:
"Closer To Fine, by the Indigo Girls
"Free Falling," by Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers
"Sweet Jane," Cowboy Junkies
"Every Rose Has It's Thorn," by Poison
"Love In an Elevator," by Aerosmith "Listen To Your Heart," by Roxette
"Sowing The Seeds of Love," by Tears for Fears
"Eternal Flame," by The Bangles
"Eternal Flame" was the song playing at the end of the episode when the present day Sean met his real parents. Is that the song you are looking for?

Thanks heaps for that.
I hadn't ever watched Cold Case till last night, i'm in Australia btw, and i'm guessing it was a repeat, but i'm definately going to have to watch it from now on because i thought that episode was really fantastic.
Coming from not knowing who my parents were when i was younger as well, at least till i was 12, that episode really hit me hard emotionally, and i think the music picked for the ending was really matching to what was happening.

You're welcome. The emotional impact of the show is unmatched by other shows on TV today. The songs they choose (especially the ending on) really add to that .
