Odd how the only wet bit of ground is around her feet, under the umbrella Looks like she's had a bit of an accident I thought that was a dead T-1000 she 'terminated' with her stunning looks?

I thought that was a dead T-1000 she 'terminated' with her stunning looks? Either that or the umbrella. Cyberdyne Systems' QA department slipped up. Those T-1000s had a weakness no-one could have foreseen, one whack with an umbrella and it's goodnight ;D Well, when you have a killer cyborg after you an umbrella is not the most obvious weapon of choice. Or maybe some guy melted at the sight of her

Drum roll please ... Fox has officially picked up T:SCC for a second season. ----- From The Hollywood ReporterFox gives 'Terminator' second seasonBy Nellie Andreeva April 21, 2008 She'll be back. Fox has picked up "Terminator: The the one who's name we shall not say Connor Chronicles" for a second season. The network on Monday handed a 13-episode order to the sci-fi drama, an extension of the "Terminator" feature franchise that centers on the one who's name we shall not say Connor (Lena Headey) and her son, John (Thomas Dekker), as they battle enemies from the future with the help of a goodhearted terminator, Cameron (Summer Glau). "Terminator," from Warner Bros. TV, which launched in January, is the highest-rated new scripted series this season among adults 18-49 with an average of 4.4 rating/10 share. It drew an average of 10.5 million total viewers.

YAY!!! I'm happy that our ratings are good!! Let's keep it up writers of "TTSC"!
I finished the series btw, and now I'm itching for the second season to start already, but until then...I must satisfy my itch by watching re-runs of "The 4400" and "Battlestar Gallactica"

I read the other day that Shirley Manson of the band Garbage will be starring in season 2. Interesting.

HEY! The S1 DVD is now out!! I bought a copy last night! It has some nice features, including deleted scenes, commentaries, AND an extended 'rough cut' version of "The Demon Hand"!! (My favorite episode! ) The video quality is excellent too!

They said "It'll be back" and it is! Good first episode. Shirley Manson is an interesting addition. I'm no judge of acting but she did OK, though my looking at her and thinking "can she carry this off" probably distracted me. I never saw her "twist" coming, I was wondering what her back story that lead her to know about the "turk" was. She really does have a "Metal Heart", she could be "Untouchable" and she'll probably try "Breaking Up The Girl". Quite the "Supervixen"

I loved the second episode just as much as I loved the first. There are some great new developments in there with John and the one who's name we shall not say, and you even wonder a bit what Cameron is going through knowing that her chip malfunctioned. I'm just dying to know whether the one who's name we shall not say's cancer is going to infect her again, since she was supposed to die from it two years before they time traveled in. I also like the idea of adding a new girl into the equation for John, because up until this point the only one to really ship him with was Cameron, and we all know that she's supposed to be with the one who's name we shall not say. The edition of the new character is great as well, I have a feeling I'm going to love to hate Catherine as time goes on.

Yeah, I thought the season premiere was excellent! It went by quickly for me and I couldn't believe the episode was over when it ended. There were two guest actors on that second episode that have appeared on Cold Case. Paul Schultz, who played Greenway, also played Phil in "Dog Day Afternoons"; and Dean Norris, who played Nelson the supervisor, was also the doer in "Death Penalty".

2x04 "Allison from Palmdale"
**spoilers?**
Wow, that was an excellent episode! Did anyone catch this: When the mail was brought into Lila's office, she says she kept the name "Ellison" because essentially she thought it sounds good and liked it. It's a bit strange, because as the detective's ex-wife, "Ellison" is a name she's not really associated with anymore. This was an nice foreshadowing into the next scene, where Cameron mistakenly remembers her name as "Allison". Like the detective's ex-wife, this too is a name that should no longer be used. Those memories of the real Allison should have been erased during the "good terminator" reprogramming.

Did catch it, boxman.
Like this twist in the story, with the character. Makes her even less predictable and controllable - and thus more interesting. Infected with humanity, so to speak.

2x05 "Goodbye to All That"Oh, my! Awesome episode, and the ending caught me totally by surprise. It definitely gives a lot of meaning to the episode's title. Did catch it, boxman. Like this twist in the story, with the character. Makes her even less predictable and controllable - and thus more interesting. Infected with humanity, so to speak. It makes me wonder why Skynet would put so much into replicating Allison as Cameron. Did they know she was special to John or something? There's a lot about the future we just don't know...

2x06 - The Tower Is Tall But the Fall Is Short
Another great episode! Where do they come up with these ideas? I kept thinking, "this is interesting..." throughout the hour, then WHAMMO! Another surprise ending!

2x05 "Goodbye to All That"It makes me wonder why Skynet would put so much into replicating Allison as Cameron. Did they know she was special to John or something? There's a lot about the future we just don't know... I wonder about the relationship between John and Alison too… In the future they have a big age difference. Not that it can’t be romantic and all but that’s would be weird to send back a cyber copy of your girlfriend to your teenage self! ;D In this episode, Martin Bedell #3 was played by one the Rampage teen. I love this show, I am so relieved Fox ordered a complete season in spite of the bad ratings.

Still, in the flash-forwards last season, Cameron did have a special and close relationship with older John... So many questions! Hey! You got good eyes! I didn't notice that! Awesomeness! But are the ratings really that bad? I've heard that FOX's new president is from NBC and wants FOX to start nurturing its shows and audiences.
