I tuned into this show for the first time last night to see John Billingsley play a blind photographer who helps the team solve the case in the episode titled "In the Dark." I thought it was a great ep - I love watching John in pretty much any guest stint role, so I'm glad I stumbled across his appearance on this show. As for the show on the whole, it's pretty cool! I may have to tune in more often.

John Billingsley always manages to create some sort of element of his own. It's amazing to watch. As for the show on the whole, it's pretty cool! I may have to tune in more often. It is. ;D I'm sure the more you watch, the more you'll enjoy.

So true ... he did a guest role on The Closer and was just as good ... he is definitely fun to watch. I was a JAG watcher, so this show had a similar feel but was a little more hip, fast-paced. And funny. The dialogue between the gang was sharp. Abby is too funny! I really liked her.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen him in too many roles, but from what I have seen, I absolutely love his acting and element. The show definitely has its humor. That's one of the things I love about the show. I love Abby too! She's adorable.

I like Mark Harmon, too (though ever since I came to watch CC, and got to know KM, I seem to have trouble getting past the idea he played the very cruel-evil-horrible-fill-in-your-own-adjective Thomas Capano in And Never Let Her Go, where poor KM as Anne Marie Fahey didn't make out to well .... )

I finally watched the season finale. I don't want to ruin it for people who haven't seen it yet who want to, but I just gotta say "uh-oh" for Tony.

CBS posts their latest aired eps on innertube. If you go to the CBS site for NCIS you should be able to watch it.

I don't think Tony is undercover again, but many people seem to think that Jeanne was planted by "The Frog."
I guess we'll just have to see what comes in season 5.

Apparently there were some tensions between Mark Harmon and Donald because Donald kept getting in the scripts late and because of this...Mark was going to walk-out on the show...yeah not good if Mark did that because he's one of the most important character on the show...

It's interesting that Don decided to step down rather than have Mark walk-out because Don created the series. He must really want it to go on.

Don is a business man as much as anything. It is basically his show and he knows that if Mark walks then he has no show. He recognises that stepping back from the writing (he has done the majority of shows but he is not the only writer) is the sensible decision. The show may lose some fans if the writing suffers but they would lose a lot more if Harmon left. Can you name a show that has survived the loss of the primary lead? You probably can but I'm struggling. The only one I can think of is a British cop show called Taggart, named after the main character. The actor died and they carried the show on without replacing him. The show is still called Taggart and has continued for more than 10 years.
