Was "Red Eye" very scary? It looked like an interesting movie, but I'm not much for scary movies. :smile6:

Good evening everyone, Hello, this is the Byrdman coming at you tonight. I hope that everyone is rocking and rolling through their Thursdays, just like I am. Gosh, I feel a little behind with this question, I do not think I have gone to the movies since May. Then, over two weeks, I saw "Mindhunters" and "Star Wars: Episode III". Two excellent movies, I'm truly glad that I saw them, that's for sure. So, did anyone else see these to flicks? Just curious. Thanks for your attention, take care, and have a great night, boys and girls.

I saw War of the Worlds. That was it. I missed Star Wars Episode III. Not happy. I was fortunate enough to catch the first three when they came out in the late '70s and early '80s. and of course I had the toys. But I wanted to see Episode III on the big screen.

Dear R2K, Hey, bud! Thanks so much, I saw War of the Worlds too. I knew I was forgetting a movie there. Thanks for reminding me. Also, I understand your frustration with Episode III. I'm a kid who grew up with the original trilogy myself, and I was so glad to see it completed on the big screen. Keep faith, R2K, I've got a feeling that a dvd release cannot be far off, bud. I went to see "Mindhunters" a week before Episode III, and "Mindhunters" was realeased on dvd 2 days ago. I'm going to get Ep III on dvd as well. So, did you see the first two prequels?

I have the first 3 Star Wars films on DVD. I need to get the others too. As for the old action figures, my mom threw them away when we moved in 1986. Not happy about that.

Dear R2K, Hey, bud! So glad to hear that you have the original trilogy, I do as well. Yes, I can understand about your unhappiness with the Star Wars figures being pitched. I have heard that they are displaying them in museums now!

The last movie I saw was The Corpse Bride, shortly before Christmas. Something about it gave me a headache, though

It definitely made me appreciate that I live in this country. Yeah, that was exactly my feeling, V. Actually, last year of my college professors said to us that if we wanted to feel better (or less worse) about living in Brazil we should watch this movie. Sad, but true... Ewka - go ahead, talk about any movies you want.
