I started, but im only a freshman, and i needed a dictionary to read most of the first few chapters. Maybe ill give it a go in four years, its on my high school's list of recommended reading for seniors.

Hi trublu,
I know it can be quite complex and it seems you need to study alot of other stuff to understand it. Many things have been suppressed from the first councils of Nicea when the church decided to change the spin of who and what Christ is and was about and formed a church based on .... well you decide. I say it's based on patriarchy and power aka satan working under the guise of God.....

What's everyone think about Tom Hanks being considered for the Robert Langdon role. I've yet to read this book. Do you think he's right for the part?
I live a couple of towns away from Dan Brown, the author of The Da Vinci Code and the rumblings around town I've been hearing are that he's not happy with this choice.

Yea I heard the news yesterday. But some are still saying it's between Harrison Ford, Tom Hanks and Russell Crowe with the rest of the cast being from Fance and England. Dan Brown wants the lead to be Harrison Ford. I don't know if Tom can pull it off. He's friends with Ron Howard...I guess that's the connection and because he gave Ron a good performance in Apollo 13.
Well the main character Langdon is suppose to be in his late forties so that would suite Tom. I don't know if he could pull off being so academically distinguished though.
